How Is This Rating Determined?

Best location in the Center City

This apartment is all about location. Right in the heart of the Rittenhouse square with a direct and unobstructed view of the entire park, it feels like you are in the center of it all. The apartment is a small studio, great for a student or a young professional. High-end restaurants, bars and shopping just in front of your door. Art festivals, farmers' market, movies and so much more just by looking out of your window.
