Horrible Building - Avoid at All Costs!!!!!
The Nash is a horrible, unsafe, and poorly maintained building with bad management and nonexistent maintenance services. The apartments have such bad lighting and there are lots of shady people who hang out on the doorstop and in the open space behind the building. About 60% of my packages were stolen both inside and outside the building. The residents are relatively quiet, but there is actually no social interaction between anyone and a complete lack of community. I hated my time at this... building and the rent for a one bedroom was only $250 less than a beautiful apartment in a luxury building just a few blocks away. I had multiple incidents of mice in my apartment and a huge infestation of ants and bugs. I couldn't wait to leave the building and definitely advise you to look elsewhere for a comfortable space. I rarely leave bad reviews, but my terrible experience here warranted a negative review and warning for all future tenants.
