I bedroom

The units are nice...but if you don't like noise and slow to no response from the management group then this is the place for you. I agree with the statement below if you have an issue you will get pushback from the property managers and they will say we can let you out of your lease. Do you homework. There are better places to live for the price.

For the most part, most tenants are quite and nice there are a few people here who could care less.

Spacious open plan 1 bedroom

Im just about to end a 2 year lease here. The location is great if you work on the subway line and each unit has a spa style bath, stainless steel kitchen, granite counters and plenty of closet space. They also have a great pet policy. BUT. Look out for the cheap flooring and veneer wood finishings, noise from neighboring apartments a passive aggressive emails from property managers. Also the garage is great but the door breaks often which resulted in a stolen bike for me:( all in all a... decent place if not a bit overpriced for the neighborhood.
