Space for money is great but trash rooms are disgusting and amenities are bare minimum. Staff has constant turnover with little care for residents. Snow removal was horrendous this year and dangerous. No prep or after storm care was completed for almost a week, no other properties in the area still had ice and snow before removal.

Very pleasant and rewarding experience. I’m close to the doggie park where I can see the play and enjoy. I’m
close to all the major transit systems and walking distance to some amazing restaurants and bistros in the area.

So far, great experiece with this apartment. The staff cares about the residents and is very transparent when there are issues. The events they hold are creative and the faciltiies are fantastic.

The View Apartments are very modern, spacious and offer a number of amenities. Staff is quite friendly, helpful and responsive. The location of the apartments offers an easy commute to Center City and the neighborhood have a number of restaurants and cultural offerings.
