The staff is great, the common areas are always clean, and the move-in process was very easy. Apartments are private, once you’re inside you don’t hear surrounding neighbors at all.

Great location, the apartments are nice and the management and macitence staff are are responsive and friendly. The building itself is in need of some work. I have had multiple plumbing issues, the hallways have dingy carpeting and the stairwells are always dirty, the grills int courtyard need fixing or replacing and the landscaping on the property is rarely tended to.

It’s hard to complain about anything when the price is so great for this location and amenities. The rent and parking seem like such a steal when you look at some other luxury buildings in the neighborhood. You do get what you pay for, though. Sometimes things like broken doors and landscaping takes multiple residents complaining to get action, but it does always get done fairly quickly! Management seems to change a lot, too, which can cause communication issues. But all other staff like the... front desk, maintenance, and cleaning crew are so amazingly kind and considerate. :)

I just moved into the community and I’m loving can’t wait to start using the facilities especially the gym the pool and the zen garden. I do a lot of meditating and the garden is perfect

Building does the bare minimum, pets peeing in the hallways constantly only go be addressed by daily mass emails. Pool is always dirty and this past winter sidewalks went days without being salted. The location is about the only good thing about this building.
