There are some positives. The neighborhood is great, parking is convenient, and having a pool in the city is great. But this is not a luxury community as described. Landscaping goes undone for weeks at a time with high grass growing in the summer. Maintenance requests sometimes get handled quickly, but other times not. One of two elevators has been inoperable for over a month, increasing wait times and making it impossible to get to the roof unless you go to the fourth floor and walk up. There... is no AC in the hallways, so they get pretty hot and muggy in the summer. The units are pretty nice, high ceilings and decent insulation to weather and sound. Finishes in the units are fine, but not luxury.

I love living here it’s definitely the nicest place I’ve ever lived. Everything is always so clean, the staff is so kind & helpful and the amenities are very nice and useful. I’m really happy here and thankful this is the place my family I’m growing my family in.

Space for money is great but trash rooms are disgusting and amenities are bare minimum. Staff has constant turnover with little care for residents. Snow removal was horrendous this year and dangerous. No prep or after storm care was completed for almost a week, no other properties in the area still had ice and snow before removal.
