Dishonest landlord

The landlord is very dishonest. He uses any excuse to keep you deposit. Be careful. You may never see your deposit anymore.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I lived in the University Court building owned by these guys for a year and they neglected me the entire time. Initially I rented the place out because it was cheap. I guess I got what i paid for. The first offense was when a neighbor stole my bike out of the locked section of the building where they are kept. All caught on tape, but nothing done. Second and third offense, my apartment FLOODED ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I immediately called management to let them know,... "I'll send someone over." they say but then I wait. No one shows and I have to deal with the problem myself. 2 MONTHS LATER they show up and they thought I needed something painted.. The apartments are in poor condition their "Hardwood floors" are ancient and have nails poking up from the floor to stab you in the foot, as well as with the lease to get a packet 3x the size for all the info about LEAD POISONING. The maintenance guys are nice enough however they smoke throughout the entire building and make it reek of cigarettes and weed. This place and its management are careless on a whole different level. To top it all off they will do anything they can to keep your security deposit. I was told I was getting it back and yet I got a letter in the mail saying they were stealing it.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

University Court

As I'm ending the school year,I just wanted to say how wonderful my living experience has been here at University Court. The management has been attentive, the facility has been impeccably maintained, and the residences have been a pleasure. I will definitely recommend this location to all of my friends.

Great Boutique Building Near Clark Park

Found this hidden gem on craigslist and was pleasantly surprised. I now been here for 6 months and just love the area too! Management is on the ball too if ever need something done. I recommend this property if you looking for a nice apartments at reasonable price.
