The property manager, Anthony, and his team are friendly, understanding, responsive, and so helpful! They always are able to help me with any questions or concerns and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The neighborhood is pretty safe and fairly quiet (there must be some thick walls since I never hear my neighbors except at the front door), so it’s a great place just outside the city. Having a washer and dryer is a godsend, and I can’t imagine living somewhere without them now. Rent… covers everything but electric and internet, so you get a great value for what you pay for, especially considering the amenities. There’s always a space available in the parking lot, the grounds and apartments are maintained well (and regularly), and there’s a decent amount of nearby centers to run errands and go shopping. I can’t recommend Valley High enough if you’re looking to move!

Any maintenance issues are resolved asap. Having a washer and dryer in my apartment is key... I would recommend this place

Ive lived in this area for most of my childhood and wanted to stay here. Its a nice and safe area. The apartment itself is a pretty nice size. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor with a balcony. There are full sized washers and dryers in each unit. Rent covers all utilities but electric. You also have access to the summit park clubhouse which features free wifi, a gym, a basketball court and more. Office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They do not enter your apartment… unless needed and they always give you notice if they need to come in. Only issue I had was with billing the first couple of months but its been smoothe sailing since. The rent is high but overall I think its a good value. Read More

I am not the type to usually write any reviews unless something to very terrible or very good. With that said, this place has been very good to me. The property manager Susan is AWESOME! She is very polite and gives you all the details of everything that you need to know. I had a couple of very minor issues in my apartment and she never hesitated to assist. Leon does the maintenance and he too is awesome! Every issue I had was taken care of that day or no later than two days after I called or… emailed. I lived on the side that faced Henry Avenue and even with the cars going by the noise was very minimal. The complex is always clean the trash is picked up frequently. I have never seen any type of bug or mice since I moved in and I have children who leave stuff around all the time. The apartment has a clubhouse across the street has a bar that hosts events every day. The gym is nice and they also hold fitness classes. This apartment is really a one stop shop especially if you can use any of the amenities. There is really nothing bad I can say about this place at all. If there were any other apartments that offered more space for my family, I would have definitely renewed my lease! Read More
