Victory Building Apartments

The Victory Building is a wonderful old building, over 100 years old, that has been restored with modern and traditional fixtures, including the original high ceilings that give the place such an airy feel! It is on the top floor of the building, overlooking the city of Philly, and is just blocks from malls, train stations, and a teaching hospital right across the street. The one absolutely great thing about this building is the location. It is on the corner of Chestnut & 10th street and in walking distance to City Hall, Restaurant Row, Walnut Street shopping, etc. It is only 1 block from the Jefferson Train Station & the 11th Street subway stop. The building is average. It does have character (it is an old converted building) but there aren't many amenities, besides a very small gym on the first floor. Each floor has a laundry facility. The common areas are... typically kept pretty clean. From my understanding, most units are owned privately so the condition of each apartment varies tremendously. Our unit is pretty nice and mostly updated with hardwood floors, granite countertops, etc. Read More
