Staff/front desk/valet are all super helpful and friendly. Facility is gated which is a plus. The gym, which is free, is pretty good for an apartment gym. It is usually not crowded. There is a shuttle that runs in and out of the city on weekdays. Pool and deck right on the river are great in the summer (the pool is glass enclosed, so it can be used in winter too). The place is very dog friendly. It has two dog park areas and a huge outdoor park on the third floor above the garage.
