Great place to live if you don't mind the noise
pros:
-friendly staff and wonderful property manager that is very responsive to any issues
-close to everything
-old building that has a lot of character (also has its own issues such as not being able to control heating)
cons:
-noise due to being at a busy intersection and popular bar street
