I lived here for 9 years (2004 to 2013) and didn't have too many problems. The property manager was responsive as was maintenance. They were always there same day as called. In 9 years I did need maintenance on quite a number of occasions and even off hours they came pretty quickly. Most of the neighbors were nice; many kept to themselves. The studio was small but functional. Loved the gas stove and heating. Much cheaper bills than where I currently am using electric heat. Loved having a washer... and dryer in the apartment. Also they allowed my big golden retriever which was a plus. Some dog owners were bad about cleaning up, but I've found that in most apartments that allowed dogs. The neighborhood itself wasn't bad, but not the greatest either. You did have to lock up. It was close to everything though. My main complaint was having to pay the city wage tax.
