Rent special

They don’t honor the rent special. You will be jam up. Was only move in been a month , things started falling apart. Door knob and lock fell off. The plumbing in the kitchen was horrible. Kitchen sink kept leaking. Charge you for water and still half pay to wash clothing in there supposedly in unit washer and dryer. It’s a coin shortage. So you half to use quarters to wash your clothing. The bathtub started peeling paint chips. Tub horrible.

3 years down!

I just had my apartment inspected and it was a 2 second process! They came to check for led poisoning and I am in the clear! I just renewed my lease ! I have no complaints !! One thing I will say is I never have trouble reaching the leasing team ! The young lady who answers is so pleasant! Thank you leasing team!! Just made my 3 year mark and honeyyyyyyyy I made it !!!

My manager and the maintenance guys here at Winfield Terrace does a great job

Every time I call to get some work done for my apartment they get out here the same day every time I call my manager for anything or any problem I have he get right back with me if I call him less than five or 10 seconds he called me back I love my apartment. Very nice and clean no bugs. No nothing. They are great people and they make me feel so comfortable to live here I have no problems thanks to my manager and my maintenance people. so far so good and I’ve been here going on a year now and I... love it and I’m planning on staying many more years

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Be weary of the other reviews you see for the property because they solicit reviews. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here.

This apartment complex specializes in patch-up work, which means they never actually fix any of the issues. I was left in my apartment for over a year with maintenance request left unfulfilled. The apartment complex itself is old and outdated. Property Management is so nonchalant that they called me a few days before I moved out to fix the ceiling that caved in... , in the bathroom — I laughed at them
On the phone and told me they can do what they want because I was moving out. But this is what you get for choosing to live cheaply
