Rundown, Unsanitary Conditions
It’s poorly managed and maintained. The carpets in the common areas are dirty and stained , the floors are scuffed and the paint on the apartment doors is scratched. There’s no landscaping in the front, just a large dirt patch that dogs go to relieve themselves, although it’s not a designation area. The waste area that I take my dog to is foul and overflowing. Many resident’s dogs relieve themselves all over the building. Over the holidays, there was dog waste left in the package room for an... extended period of time. The manager has done nothing to address these issues. The building manager and maintenance manager are clearly annoyed by and resident’s needs or concerns, wanting to extract as much revenue as possible without even providing the bare minimum. It disingenuous for them to offer a discussion about any written complaints when they never wanted to be bothered before these complaints were posted. What’s to discuss? These concerns have been repeatedly and thoroughly explained by the residents even though that shouldn’t be their responsibility. It shows signs of negligence and supposedly being oblivious to the ongoing issues that negatively affect the entire community. There are other complexes that are cleaner and in better condition. I’d advise this to anyone considering Heinz Lofts for a place to live.
