The process from applying to moving in was nothing but exceptional. As I was moving from out of state and wasn’t able to tour prior to moving, Harrison walked me through the process, sent me links to each of the floor plan walk through videos, which helped me make my decision on which floor plan to select. Process was easy and so far I’m enjoying my stay at Heinz Lofts!

the location is great. Close enough to walk to the Strip without all of the traffic. Accessible to highways and downtown. I LOVE the historical aspect of the property!
Apartments vary in design and layout. Mine is ideal for me. On site/ connected parking- huge!! Decent gym and newly revitalized sauna. Updated package room has made life easier. The maintenance team members have been on staff for numerous years. They understand a building ( as much as is possible!) built in the early 1900's very... well. They are an extraordinary team lead by an incredibly smart individual - Jason.
I have been here for over 6 years, so Greystar is "new" for me. There has been some leasing office staffing, some good (!) some sad.
I am hoping for good things from Greystar

Heinz Lofts is a quiet community, with a great location. I'm an artist and a plant lover so the large windows and high ceilings are perfect. The fact that it is so close to the Strip District without being in it, is a big plus. Very close to the highways north and through the city.
The amenities are ones that count - a good gym, a sauna, and attached parking.
A great place to live!

they have notes posted but residents ignore or can't read!!!!!
