Annex of King Edward

The building is old but well maintained. It's in a very convenient area, well connected by busses and walking distance from Pitt university, Oakland, Bloomfield and Shadyside. A CVS 24h is located at the end of the street. Fast food and pizza places are less than 5 min walking. The area is very quiet, parking is not impossible.
Laundry is on site with new washing ad dryer machines. The maintenance is very efficient and rapid. There is no preinstalled air conditioners. My kitchen doesn't have... any windows and it can be hot in the summer. All the utilities are include in the rent. Overall I'm quite happy with the management and the apartment.
