Southpointe Towers

Elevators never work. They're constantly turning off the water for 'maintenance'. Don't park in reserved or you'll get towed. There are absolutely no spaces to park. People park their broken down vehicles in the free parking spaces, which isn't fair. Says no pets allowed, but I see tons of people with BIG dogs like pitbulls. Painted over the hinges of the doors so they won't shut at all. People are constantly getting arrested here, and I've been here for 3 months. Guess the 'background' check... doesn't matter. I don't feel safe. And maintenance will let themselves in your apartment If you don't answer the door. I was sleeping and woke up to the maintenance guy IN MY APARTMENT doing maintenance on my toilet, and I was the only one home. I had no warning that they were even coming. I would never live here. Called from Miami to inquire about apartment. Both people I spoke to were rude and unprofessional. The immature woman who answered the phone was short in her response and provided terrible customer service and hung up on me when I asked why she had such a bad attitude. The male was just as unprofessional. I explained I couldnt come in to see the apartment beforehand because I was calling from Miami. He said he had lived in Miami Beach and "what does that have to do with... anything". Customer service training is severely needed.
