Twin Towers Apartments

I have spoke to Nicole in references to an application to be put on the waiting list for a one bedroom apt. She was very nice and very patients with me because I have called several times. I have not yet meant her but she does sound professional to me and very helpful.

I spoke to the manager (Nicole) today who I found to be very unprofessional. . At the onset of the call she told me she was calling from Twin Towers when I asked her who I was speaking to she said the manager. Her tone was rude and condescending, in turn I told her I would like to address her by name and not by title.

When I asked her if she could tell me about the property, she offered to send me an application and I asked her would all my question be answered in the application package she... asked me "what do you mean"?. I proceeded to give her some leading questions about the eligibility requirements, application process for starters again she asked me "what do you mean" I told her I found her very UN-professional /UN-business like. Her reply "I am sorry you feel that way". She would not answer any of my questions regarding eligibility requirements, when asked she just kept asking me "what do you mean"? At the end of our conversation I found her to be "very ignorant". If this how she handles all of her inquiries she has the wrong job. Her interacting skills are sorely lacking.. I place a call to management company a left a message for a call back this person needs to be re-trained and accountable for her lack of knowledge or attitude or maybe both I am not sure which. I will be blasting this review thru-out the internet. I may not matter to some but I am confident there are others out there that would not appreciate be treated this way, after all we are the customer's who collectively pay their bills and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect!
