Pros:
1. Close to EVERYTHING!: Yes, everything is in walking distance unless you're lazy! Schools, Wawa, Giant supermarket, Gas stations, mall outlets etc...ALL walkable.

2. BEAUTIFUL landscape!: The grass is beautiful always, clean and flowers are beautiful

3. Washing machines: They're in the basment; 24/7 access; $1.50 per wash and dry load

4. Awesome Property Manager:, Morgan and Coordinator, Tannor, are friendly, professionals, and will work with you if you communicate ahead of time… that you're in a pickle.

5. PEACEFUL: It was SUPER quiet, but sometimes you'll hear passing neighbors and weird outburst lol...nothing to be alarmed about. Happened twice in a year lol...holiday fun.

6. NON Smoking: I appreciated it so much at this property has a no smoking policy.

7. FREE PARKING: NO additional for parking fee or only one space given and even when your neighbors has guests, there's still enough parking for everyone.

8. Maintenance: I locked myself out of my apartment, and help arrived in less than 40 minutes. Anything that I needed fixed, I received a response in less than 24 hours. Maintenance response is amazing here!


Cons:
1. Washing Machines: I always use the laundromat across from the Wawa. The property washing machines are old and outdated. I literally stayed downstairs for a whole wash cycle and examined the washing machines. They do not properly detect the amount of clothes inside, therefore the machine will not produce proper water levels to properly clean/wash your clothes.

2. Although this property is supposed to be smoke-free, there was a neighbor who did not honor that.

3. The property has Clubhouse, however you have to travel to it. Didn't like the inconvenience of paying so much money for rent and not having the amenities on property.

4. Rent: There are other surrounding apartments in Plymouth Meeting, that was the same price, but the aparments are MUCH bigger.

5. This can be both a pro and a con. If you are a person that loves privacy, then this property is not for you. Your living room area or kitchen area will be exposed to the neighbor across from you, because it's such an open design. However because the property is such an open design, trust is quickly gained and maintained. I felt 100% safe here.
