Peaceful and homey

I am a person who is big on good vibes, peace, and a positive atmosphere. I absolutely adore this apartment as well as the area it feels like home my apartment itself gives my family and I a happy peaceful feeling. I love to cook and my kitchen is a nice size I have great room to move around and decorate how I like. And another big plus for me is that both the master bedroom and 2nd room are huge. It's just a great happy place we feel more than bless here!!!!!!

One bedroom apt in basement.

When i rented my current apt in prospect park in 2011 it was not in great shape(mold was growing on walls and it was infested with roaches) but i got it for only 625 per month from old management. Then new management bought it in 2013 i guess. First they changed the windows and increased rent to 685. Then in 2014 my apt was flooded when it rained heavily and i had to abandon my apt. I asked the landlord to lay down tiles instead of carpet and to fix flood an humidity problem permanantly. They... insulated outer walls, changed direction of drain pipe and laid down beautiful brown tiles through out apt. That took care of humidity problem and i never had to remove mold from walls again but it took them 3 months and i kept paying rent during that time and my rent also wnt up to 725. They also gave me new air conditioner though and also helped me move my armoir and freezer and other big objects. Thanks to mike. When ever i encountered any problem i used to call maintenance first and if that did not work then i used to email mike and he used to fix problems right away. Their management (william penn reality )did improve over time. I would not have decided to leave my apt in August 2015 if i had not spent 15-20 hours per week on road to get to my work. I just hope that my new apt near my work place in north easr philly turns out to be a good place to live and if it does not i will move out with in a year.
