Presidential square apartments

Rent at your own risk. There is mice, and the whole electrical system is jacked up. You can’t blow dry your hair without the breakers tripping. In the summer, only thing living area stays cool as there is no fan or ac in the bedrooms. In the winter, your gas bill will be outrageous because the windows are old and there is a constant draft so no heat in the bedrooms either. Oh, and your paying to heat the common areas which is never warm. Walls are super thin, you can hear everyone and everything

5 years ago I was desperate for a place to live. Presidential Square was recommended to me by a family member who once lived there years ago. I sent in an application and three days later I moved in. The staff are wonderful, very responsive. The maintenance guys are great. They get things done within a reasonable time frame. My neighbors were great, it was quiet and clean. I never felt more at home. I have and will continue to recommend Presidential.

I spent a little over a year at the complex. My apartment was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The maintenance and office staff were wonderful. Anything I needed was responded to in a timely manner. The only negative was the air conditioning units. They were loud and not energy efficient.

Been in Presidential Square apartment for 2 years now. I am very happy being here and would recommend anybody to to this property. Office staff (Denise and Mike) are very responsive to me. Maintenance folks are also very helpful. A very good location to move in.

I love this place. From the moment we met Denise and Mike, my mind was made up. Everything is brand new in my apartment and Mike fixed a couple of minor things the same day we called. People are friendly and location is great! I would recommend this complex to everyone. 5 star!!!!
