I've been living at Springton Manor Apartments now for 15 years...there are a diverse mingle of nationalities which is really nice and what I love about it is that everything is included...water, electricity, gas...the only time you pay more is if you have an AC in your window you pay an extra $250 for the summer season and you can run it 24/7 and of course when the rent goes up which is about $20 a year. The upkeep is good and the owners are quick to fix anything that needs to be fixed.
