RUDE Staff

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is repulsive and the manager, named Pat, is disrespectful as well. Save your money and go elsewhere! If it gave me the option of zero stars, I would put that.

Pros and Cons

One cannot argue that Madison Court is an affordable place to live compared to other apartments in the area. There are many pros to living here.The heat and other amenities are included. All tenant pays is electric. The area is very convenient. Short commute to Philadelphia, yet far enough away from the noise and pollution of the city. From my experience, all of the tenants are friendly. Since there are many families with children, my kid had plenty of kids to play with outside. The maintenance... responds promptly to any issues. The only con is that we recently discovered a cockroach. We contacted maintenance and they are sending an exterminator this week. We shall see what happens.
