Excellent
I leased my apartment over the phone with Pam and Joyce from the management staff. I took the virtual tour and they answered my questions courteously and professionally. The apartment was clean with new appliances and hardwood floors. The neighborhood is quiet and spacious with beautiful surroundings. Numerous amenities nearby and quick access to Route 79 and the Meadowlands. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I recommend it highly. I love my apartment and the staff.

Dirty cheap and overpriced
Dirtiest!!! Always under construction and serious mold issues in many apartments!! Poor management who has used slurs and difficult to deal with.

Convenient apartments, cheap interior
Conveniently located. Very cheap on inside- paint job, appliances, flooring, cabinets. You will receive blame for cabinets falling apartment, appliances being faulty, floors having “scratches” and paint being “scuffed”
