I want to like living here. I moved in November and have submitted four maintenance requests for shoddy/non-working heat since I moved in. The apartment unit is bright and spacious and I like the neighborhood but I'm growing tired of waking up and having no heat. Twice in the last month I woke up to take a shower with no hot water. Super bummed as I wanted to live here for a long while.

This is probable the most affordable apartment building in Conshy/West Conshy that is actually modern.
Pros:
- hardwood floors
- large closets
- extra storage in basement
- renovated bathroom and kitchen
- dogs allowed for cheapest with cheapest pet fee in the area
- access to major highways less than 1 mile
- heat included in rent
- wall AC unit
Cons:
- parking lot advertised is a joke, the 2 main lots hold about 13 cars (for 22 apartments) if people actually park correctly
-there is one... washer and one dryer (both outdated) for 11 apt units
- noise carries especially from apartments above and below
- maintenance/landlord do not respond to big(expensive) maintenance issues
- extra storage closets are never cleaned when someone moves out
- closets in apartments are never painted
- the hallways of the building need to be vacuumed and painted
- no "buzzer" on the outside. Visitors have to call you to let you know they're at the door
If the landlord actually cared about his buildings, and his renters, he would update and clean the "common" areas in the apartment. Especially the laundry area, by buying at least 2 new washers and dryers. And what apartment building doesn't a a bell or buzzer for each unit? I'm quite confident that is the building were better maintained, people would stay more than 1 year (or less than 1 year in some cases).
