Absolutely horrible management company.
Management fails to remove snow in a timely manner which has lead to injuries on the property as well as failing to deal with a dumpster situation that has gotten completely out of hand. Parking lot and dumpster area constantly look like a bomb went off with garbage everywhere but inside the dumpster. Would post pictures if I could. Resident for close to five years but that means nothing to them, run don’t walk away from Spring Ridge.

Lovely community
Respectful neighbors and staff. Nice community located in Whitehall borderline Allentown. Close to the mall And highway for easy commute.

Your next home!
We love spring ridge. Never had any issues for the past 3 yrs of living here. Nice neighbors and staff. Close to Rt 22 and MacArthur Rd. Quite neighborhood. Good pricing. Has dog park,children’s park, pool and gym!

Spring Ridge Apartments
Me and my fiancé just moved here about three months ago. We absolutely love it here the office staff goes above and beyond, the maintenance staff is very quick and the community and residents are very friendly. We are close to everything, shops, malls and restaurants!! We highly recommend this place.

Safe, spacious, dog friendly
I have lived at Spring Ridge for a few months now and love it. The only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars is the price of rent is on the higher side. The apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is safe so that makes up for the cost of rent. The playground could use some updating but the gym is excellent. And it is dog friendly! Added bonus!
