This is a review about the management not the building although I lived in a building that they purchased and had for three years in my lifetime I have lived in New York City and Key West Florida in Philadelphia and in other parts of New Jersey and they are the worst management that you will come across and deal with I give you this my words you will have nothing but HART ache and headache dealing with them specially when it’s time to leave and you want your money your deposit back I suggest you... do your research and hopefully you’ll find something better if you need help from anybody ask for Ben I wish you all the best in finding a good landlord but this is not the company you wanna deal with.It’s about the Management. Live in a nice unit but smokers live in the same building and cigarette smoke comes through th air vents causing my child and self to get sick dry throat headaches from breathing in second hand smokemy child has asthma the property does not have policies in place to support nonsmoking in units like the unit but will be moving because of this issue!

they do not keep up with maintenance. This property need updating. Tenants can be disrespectful and loud. Exhaust system is horrible you can smell everything (food and smoke) Management need to make sure property is clean and clean up after themselves when in a unit. If you desparate move here.
