The property was good when we first moved in but then we started to see the cons. There are no cameras so if your ordering a packed from amazon or w.e be there because people will take it and management will do nothing about it instead handle extremely poorly and get you more pissed off. Also the locks on the outside entrance I was able to get in with out using a key, because of the gap being big enough to lodge some object in there to unlock it. Great job guys! We were promised to get... replacements of appliances in this apt. Never did we get them. Maitenance never responds to requests. The property manager never returns phone calls. The neighbors have police/DEA involvement (aka a door got kicked in due to a search warrant). The only positives: the rent is cheap and the location is convenient.
