Plantation Point Apartments

Be careful. They get you in then raise your rent sky high.
Older complex. No security, anyone can get thru the gate!
Very dated rentals and the walls are thin.
You can hear your neighbor downstairs and upstairs. If there is a smoker then you will get the fumes in your unit as well.
Not worth it!

HOA Office and Property Mgmt company are awful. Save your money and live somewhere else. Apartments are old and in bad shape. Office people are dismissive and not knowledgeable about real estate.
