Trash

This entire neighborhood needs fixed. There are several large pot wholes in the road. There is trash strung all over the place from the entrance throughout the neighborhood. There are no enforced rules and overall this is a crappy neighborhood and I have lived here for nearly seven years and I have not seen one attempt to improve anything.
