UTILITIES AND LAWN CARE
Residents are responsible for water, gas, electricity, and any other applicable utilities. Residents are also responsible for maintaining the lawn, backyard, trees, and general exterior appearance of the property.

APPLICATION AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

Application fees are nonrefundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent. A higher deposit may be required depending on the overall screening results and perceived rental risk.

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
All Jones Assurance Property Management residents are enrolled in the required Resident Benefits Package for $49.95 per month. Benefits include liability coverage, credit-building opportunities, identity-theft protection up to $1 million, HVAC filter delivery when applicable, move-in concierge assistance, and additional online resident services.

RENTER’S INSURANCE
Residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance throughout the entire lease term. Coverage must include a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability protection, and Jones Assurance Property Management must be listed as an additional insured or interested party.
