Gross and difficult

Management is unresponsive, disorganized, and avoids taking responsibility. Units are handed over in disgusting condition. Expect roaches, mold, grime, and leftover trash. Absolutely would not recommend.

BEWARE!!!!

Bugs, bugs and more bugs. Kill 3-5 roaches a day. Yes I said a day. Pay for valet trash which is code word for “we let the trash pile up by the doors”. No wonder they have bugs. Staff is non-existent. Even google states they are always closed. Staff is never there. You always have to leave messages that go unanswered. Can’t speak to anyone. Walk the actual unit u will be renting. Model is only th8ng updated. Inspect furnace filter areas and vents for mold build up. Inspect around appliances… for evidence of bugs. If you stay here, note I warned you.

Bugs and NO STAFF

Place is terrible. Bugs are BAD. Kill 3-5 roaches a day. Yes I said a day. Valet trash service you pay for is code for we let it pile up by your door. Explains the bug problem. No staff on site. Even google shows them closed most of the time. Walk the actual unit u will be in NOT the model. It’s the only updated unit. Look at the furnace filters for mold. Look behind appliances for bug droppings and stains. Good luck if u have a problem. No one there to talk to. You have to leave a message… which usually goes unanswered. No one to complain to. If you stay here, note “I warned you”.

enclave apartment

This apartment has a washer and dryer hook up with pool and fitness center. It is very spacious and the area is nice and quiet. For people with kids the schools are around the corner and the management team is kind.
