My experience has been great! The neighborhood is clean. If there’s an issue Maintenance fixes it asap! There’s beautiful views all around the neighborhood and a beautiful trail that leads to water. Also this neighborhood is very kid friendly!

Everything has been great except our shower, unfortunately the sealant has come off twice, leaving an opening between the shower and the wall.
