Velo is great

I’ve had a great experience living at Velo Verdae Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are modern and convenient. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The location is also a huge plus close to shopping, dining, and everything you need while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. Overall, Velo Verdae is a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone… looking for a quality apartment community.

Unbeatable options

I was blown away by the amenities and the variety of floor plan options available. The customer service is truly unmatched. Chasidy took the time to walk us through each option and made sure we fully understood everything. She really listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect fit. Highly recommend!

Feels like family

I absolutely love living at Velo Verdae Apartments! The office team and maintenance staff truly make this place feel like family they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Elizabeth is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever had professional, kind, and always willing to help. The amenities are amazing and really elevate the living experience. Highly recommend!

Love this place

I’ve lived at Velo Verdae for two years now and just renewed my lease because I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff here is amazing — Robert, Bobby, Jouse, Elizabeth, Ava, and Chasidy seriously make the best team. They’re always so kind and helpful, and I know I can go to them with any question and they’ll take the time to explain things. Maintenance is also super quick and reliable, which makes such a difference when something needs attention.

The location is one of my… favorite parts about living here. Having the Swamp Rabbit Trail right outside my door is perfect for walks, biking, or just getting fresh air. The community itself is beautiful too — I love spending time at the pool in the summer, and the gym is always clean and convenient.

After two years, Velo really feels like home. It’s safe, welcoming, and such a great place to live. If you’re looking for an apartment in Greenville, I can’t recommend it enough!
