The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed, large dresser with mirror, a bed side table, black out curtains, and one set of bed linens and pillows. The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a flex room with a twin size sleeper love seat sofa. It also has a full size dresser and night stand. This room could be converted to include a queen bed if requested (love seat sofa would be removed) or a desk and chair could be added
upon request.

The living area includes a large sofa (pull out queen bed), two swivel chairs, two end tables and a coffee table as well as a TV. Spectrum high speed internet is included in the rent. Should you want full cable programming there would be an additional charge.

The kitchen area has a 4 person high top table and all of the cooking essentials, from pots and pans, dishware, utensils, cutlery, and more.

Appliances include a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water hookup, washer, and dryer.
