I’ve only been living at Beacon Ridge for about a month, however so far, things have been great. The staff is very friendly, as well as the neighbors I’ve ran into. It feels safe and community-like here and the location is great. It’s incredibly nice to be close to everything—grocery shopping, restaurants, downtown, you name it. I’ve put in a few maintenance requests and have received quick responses and service every single time. Usually the maintenance team arrives the same day or day after,... which is impressive! The maintenance team is always kind and respectful of my space. I’m shocked at how quiet my apartment is—I can only really hear people walking around in the halls on occasion. The complex itself is by a busy street, but you’d never know it. The complex is well maintained and makes it feel like you’re in a park. I love sitting on the balcony just watching the birds. So far so good!

I have lived at Beacon Ridge for 26 years and it has always been a consistently wonderful experience. The apartments are lovely with beautiful views of very picturesque landscapes, the rent is affordable and the office and maintenence staff always provide friendly, timely and efficient service. It's been a great place to call home for more than 2 decades!
