Don't even think about moving to Boulder Creek Apartments!
If I could give a "star" rating of less than 1 Star I would! I personally know a couple of folks who have been without heating and cooling for months! The office staff are pathetic. They continuously blame the lack of maintenance on the owners. What are folks suppose to do when they have small children and no heat. Everything is broken. The only thing they are quick to respond to is to those who do not pay their rent, or pay rent on time. Very quick to start the eviction process but slow... to even respond to maintenance calls and maintenance requests. Office staff are never in the office, and if they are they will not answer the phone! Apartments are very old and outdated and maintenance must be done to keep up!
