District Midtown

I just celebrated signing my second lease here! I have enjoyed calling district midtown home the past 2 years. everyone is super nice and the office staff are always super professional and welcoming! Maintenance staff are super quick to get things done as well! Definitely recommend living here!

I applied here. The process was very bad. It was not applicant friendly, and it was not comparable to similar luxury units in the upstate area. In fact, it was much more horrible and expensive. I do not recommend applying here with the current property management company.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting and I must say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. A big part of that was thanks to Kelsey, the leasing agent who assisted me throughout the process. From the moment I walked in, Kelsey was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to show me around the property, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with every step.

I have had some challenges while living at this apartment complex, though the apartments themselves are decent:

- I had to repair the bathroom hangers myself because they were poorly installed. I've also noticed black streaks of cement coming from the joints between the shower tiles, indicating that the cement between the seams is not properly sealed.
- While they promise coffee and kombucha during tours, the coffee machines are often broken or empty, and I haven’t seen kombucha in my six... months here.
- One of the three gym treadmills has been out of order for a while.
- I’ve also experienced some issues with maintenance access. For example, they entered my apartment multiple times recently to address a flooring issue, which left me with drying machines for the whole weekend without a prior repair plan.

That said, I appreciate that the property manager has reached out to address my concerns. She is actively working to improve my experience and has scheduled repairs for both the treadmill and the issue with my shower tiles.
