    Stay away!

I have lived here for almost 4 years. This is the absolute worse place to live ever! They have a new manager every other month who doesn’t know what they are doing. Sometimes there is no manager. They never answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. It took over two years to come and fix a bad water leak on my ceiling. It would pour water inside my living room if anyone took a shower or bath. After the leak it was molding. I asked them to come cut it out or whatever to get rid of it because it was making my children sick. They came and sprayed ceiling popcorn on it! Over the mold! The neighborhood is very bad and dangerous. Just in the time I lived here there were three deaths just in my section alone. I paid over 700 for a security deposit and this manager says I only get 190 back so they can clean and paint. It was never even painted or remodeled when I moved in. Seems as if some tenant just moved out and I moved in. These apartments are not taken care of and run down. Even when you move in you go through and fill out papers on everything you see wrong. Make sure you do it. Because I did and they still took almost all of my money. I have also over paid on my rent. There is a online account you are able to see how much you owe and balances stuff like that. Well I no longer have access to this account when I moved out and she is giving me the run around when I asked where my money I overpaid in rent was on this itemize list she gave me of my refund amount she said she would call me back in a week. Still no call. I call time and time again leaving voice mails and she still has not returned my call. There are no balconies or garden areas the neighborhood is far from quiet. And the kids around there always steal or break your yard decorations people are constantly asking you for rides or cigarettes (yes they would even ask my kids) People would be living in the dumpster! You throw trash in there and they would move or say something and scare the ever living life out of me! My kids and I would go away from this place just to be able to come outside. It was way too dangerous. People ganged up cussing and being loud with each other on a daily basis. I am still calling with no response. Housing authority needs to go there soon. Several other people that still live there are trying constantly to get HUD out there. I am trying to find higher management than just in the apartment complex and having no luck. I would like my money.
