I would say that my time at Riverside started great, but in the past few months there have been some concerns that are making me contemplate renewing my lease here. For example, Riverside's parent company recently decided to change the resident portal to a system called BILT. It's mostly fine and I have no complaints about the system itself other than the fact that there is absolutely no way in which to submit a maintenance request, which I have needed to do a few times recently.
Along those... same lines, you now have to call one of 3 numbers that exist for Riverside to either try to get the front office on the line (50/50 shot at doing so) or leave a voicemail for a callback, which is inconvenient, especially when it's an emergency.
