Really disappointed that I signed a lease here. Although the townhome is beautiful, the company and staff are very unorganized and they have proved to not care about rules or community safety. First of all, staff is impossible to get a hold of. They also do not enforce any rules- trash is out on the side of the roads for days, they have told us multiple times not to park in the street so people park up on the sidewalks and they don’t care. A serious safety concern arose recently and they gave a... vague email claiming to care about the safety of the community but do the bare minimum to keep it safe and stopped responding to me like my concerns don’t matter.
