Love it here ! I just moved and it’s been great. Not only was the showing of apartments a smooth experience but move in a breeze and office crew is fantastic. The gals in the office helped me with printing out some documents and went the extra mile to get it done. Thank you Marylyn and Megan!

Nice place No real issues The maintenance guys are TOP notch. Professional, friendly and knowledgable. Neighbors are nice. Never had any serious problems. Lived here coming up on four years. Very happy.

Don’t move here unless… Don’t move here unless you’re okay with your neighbors being able to make as much noise as they want any day and time they want and nobody will do anything. The say they can’t do anything. The courtesy officer moved out because they wouldn’t/couldn't do anything. I’ve been complaining for 7 months. I’ve called the cops 4 times. Southwood says they can’t evict unless they don’t pay their rent. Forget calling the corporate office, I’ve called 3 times and left messages. I’ve... yet to receive a call back.
