Quickly Addressed My towel rack was wobbly and there was an unusual stain/dark spot that appeared on my bsthroom ceiling. I was worried that the unit above me had a leak that was coming through the ceiling. Luckily Mr. Bingam arrived quickly and fixed the towel rack and then inspected the ceiling and tild me it wasn't anything to worry about.
