I am here 2 yrs and still familiarizing myself
with surrounding area but have found Waterleaf to be in the perfect spot - the center - travel north or south to beaches,parks, shops, historical places. Plus I am
only 8 minutes from family in Pawleys!

This is the best community in the Murrells inlet area. Don't be swayed by the few negative reviews you see, these are mostly just people who broke rules or never lived here. The staff is top notch and very quick to handle issues. Great floor plans, amenities and the location is absolutely unbeatable!!

Anyone who has resided in their own home for years and is now contemplating renting, Waterleaf is the place from the beautiful pool, dog park and meeting new friends, Waterleaf will definitely feel like home. Love that we are so close to the beach, the gardens and the great Marshwalk. So call one of our amazing girls in the office and don’t hesitate to come see what we are about! And if I’m at the pool, stop and say “hi yall”
