Pets are not allowed at this resort per the HOA bylaws. Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony, with no exceptions. If the unit needs to be treated because of the smell of smoke or if it is found that the smoke detectors have been tampered with to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Departure times cannot be changed. Pool arm bands are only required during peak season, and during this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash and take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans and wash your dishes or load and run the dishwasher before you leave.
