Brittany Place Rock Hill Apartments

I have NEVER had any maintenance issues that were not addressed. The office staff is amazing. The property is well managed and maintained. No issues here!

The property is poorly managed. There have been 5 managers in the past 3 years. The emergency maintenance only come during office hours. I got locked inside my apartment with my one-year old and the maintenance personnel did not come until the next morning because he did not take it serious which it is a fire hazard. I was late for work, and when contacted the manager and regional manager no one cared enough to return the call. The apartment is expensive to only come with 4 walls and a pool; no... extra amenities. They’ve removed the drop boxes which makes it harder for those who work during office hours to get paperwork or pay rent. Residents should not have to pay a online fee of $12 to pay rent when they could have dropped off a $0.70 money order in the drop box all because of a corporate decision. I've been living here a little over 1 year now, and I really don't have any complaints. The staff is very nice and have quickly addressed any issues that arose with my apartment. The floor plan is nice and the size of each room is good.

Too bad you guys don’t have pictures of the fires that has occurred there in the last couple of years. Please make sure you have renters insurance because this company could care less about the residents only the rent matters here.

They have a lot of brown spiders for the rent you pay. I recommend you go to another apartment complex its worth it please whatever you do DONT MOVE here at all. There are two young ladies that work here and they are really nice but the apartment itself is not what you want trust me.
