Comfortable As a senior, this is a mixed community babies to seniors. It is quiet. Everyone waves or smiles when they see you. The apartment is just the right layout and that makes it comfortable. I personally love it here. Shopping is very convenient and you have everything you need in Rock Hill.

Play ground disappointment and dog pop everywhere on the grass It’s a disappointment when dogs are put forth before children. The complex decided to make a dog play ground , while there’s a lot of children living here . The children being told not to hang out by the barbecue place , like where are the children supposed to play because there’s dog pop everywhere on the grass . Cars being broken into, how ever the camera was only installed by the dumpster, so residents can be fined if they leave... their trash outside . Residents are not priority but the looks of the apartments . Maybe if the complex can do an exit interview they’ll understand why people always move out before end of lease or only stay for a year then move out.

Over the past several years, we have continued investing heavily into the community and resident experience. Last year, we were excited to add upgraded grilling and gathering...
areas as well as enhancements to the fitness center. This year, we also completed a full pool renovation that included new furniture and an upgraded stone pool deck area designed for all residents to enjoy.

Our community is home to both families and pet owners, and we strive to create shared spaces that can be enjoyed by everyone. Children are never discouraged from enjoying community amenities; however, all residents are expected to be respectful of shared spaces and mindful that this is a multifamily community environment. We also actively communicate pet waste expectations and work to address violations when reported.

Regarding community retention, we are very fortunate to have many long-term residents and have continued maintaining strong occupancy while many surrounding communities have struggled. We believe this is a reflection of our continued investment into the property, regular community upgrades, monthly resident events, and our commitment to creating a welcoming customer service experience for residents.

We truly value our residents and appreciate all feedback as we continue looking for opportunities to improve the community experience.
