Dependable, Reliable, and Trustworthy I’m in my 9th year living in my apartment. The maintenance crew we currently have are the best thus far. If I place a service request, it’s handled immediately. The crew always has a smile and good disposition. My recent request was handled with expediency, knowledge, kindness, and respect. I never worry about them not knowing how to handle a situation. Lastly, I feel they’re trustworthy and that means a lot to me. In this world of uncertainty, having the... staff come in my home to complete a service request, you want to know that you can trust them. This team, lead by our phenomenal office manager, makes me feel at ease about them entering to complete a service request. They are trustworthy and that’s very important to me. Their customer service exceeds my expectations.
