Maintenance earns 5 Stars! My brother was visiting when he discovered the waterline in the hall bathroom was leaking. That was a good call but Carlos pointed out it was actually the Part INSIDE the commode. The seal had cracked and the unit needed replacing. He also replaced the toilet seat that had a missing part making it rock when seated.
Waterford Terrace has an AWESOME maintenance crew and Carlos is the best! Great Job!!

Wonderful place to call home! I have lived on this property nearly 10 years. I wouldn’t have been able to do that if it didn’t feel like home. Maintenance Service Call Carlos responded to all my service requests and handled EVERYTHING within record time. He was professional, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He cleaned up after every job and left my apartment with no sign that he had been there except everything works now!
