Creekside Apartments

I have lived here for years and the management is like fine wine it’ gets better with time.

The last tenant living here was a smoker, so unfortunately the smell has not gone away. Luckly, the rugs were shampooed, but the place was never repainted. If/when the apt is repainted, it seems as though counters/ floors are usually not covered up as there are old signs of paint drippings on the floors and smears on counters/outlets. Windows have been painted shut, and the bathroom window had the glass painted over. Using a microwave/toaster oven will almost always trip the circuit breaker.... Scheduling for maintinence is done online and I ended up having to wait 2 weeks, but they do eventually arrive. Management is usually pretty busy as well, so getting a hold of them is a bit of a debacle. Has central air but condensation from the AC creates brown spots on ceiling. Pets are welcome here, but tentants usually do not clean up after them. As far as trash, there are dumpsters but trash is all over the parking lot. I’ve been out there a few times picking it up myself. Parking spot numbers are old and faded. There are vehicles in the parking lot that obviously have been in an accident and have been sitting there for some time. Sections of the parking lot need to be repaved as pot holes are developing. For the most part it is quiet, however, railroad tracks run next door, so any train approaching - you will hear it.

I don’t believe management has a the money to fix a lot of the issues at Creekside. The place has potential but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for an apartment it may be wise to look for something a little more taken care of. If you are looking for for cheap - this is the place. Read More
