I have lived at Palmetto Place Apartments for over 5 years and I highly recommend living here. The property is well maintained and updated by an awesome maintenance team. Chris and Stefan are great at handling the maintenance work orders in a timely fashion. Teresa and Brittany are always eager to help when needed and always have a smile on their face. I always enjoy the events they put together for our apartment community. The events make you feel like family.

Palmetto place apartments is a great place to live not only because of the location but also because of the staff. I love how the staff are always happy to help and they are very lovely people. The apartments themselves are very nice and quiet which I love. And I love how maintenance double checks everything before move in. I overall love it here and would recommend to anyone!

The management here is amazing and very helpful. The apartments are up to date and very very nice while also being affordable.
I highly recommend these apartments if you need a place to stay!

My wife and I would not want to live anywhere else. Palmetto Place is our home. We feel safe and comfortable here. All services essential for seniors are close by.
