I am very happy with my apartment. It's quiet and comfortable and well equipped and the transition from a 3-bedroom home in a Del Webb community has been relatively easy. The office staff has been very gracious and helpful with my questions and requests.

Por ahora he tenido buena experiencia, me gustan y mi apartamento de dos habitaciones me parece q tiene un excelente espacio, en el leasing me parece que tienen buen personal que está atento a cada cosa que he necesitado y satisfecho de que sean bilingües

The Crossing is the perfect example of how apartment management should be. Anytime there’s an issue or concern, the staff addresses it immediately and I never feel as I’m being ignored.

I’ve been living in this apartment for nine months now, and I genuinely love it. The environment is quiet, clean, and incredibly convenient. Montez was fantastic—professional and helpful throughout my move-in process. While I haven’t had much interaction with the office staff since,other than the email communications sent out ( which I highly appreciate btw) I trust they’re just as wonderful. I’d highly recommend leasing here. If you’re an outgoing person, you’ll especially appreciate the... community vibe and overall experience.
