    Great Location, Poor Maintenance and Unprofessional Staff

    The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient, which I genuinely appreciated. Still, my apartment had multiple maintenance issues that were difficult to overlook. The floors were already damaged, the washer had leftover hair when I moved in, and bugs were a constant problem despite pest control treatments. The front office staff came across as unprofessional and didn’t seem equipped to handle resident concerns properly. If you're thinking about leasing here, make sure to document… everything with photos before moving in, as not having photographic evidence can cause difficulties during move-out.
